"الفهد العربي لإلحاق العمالة المصرية للعمل بالخارج" (Al Fahd Al Arabi for the Placement of Egyptian Workers Abroad; hereinafter "the Company", "we" or "us") is a limited liability company licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower to place Egyptian workers in employment abroad under License No. 492. Our head office is located at: 103 bis, El Haram Street, 2nd floor above ground, Apartment 202, El Kom El Akhdar, Haram, Giza 11828, Arab Republic of Egypt.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our website, register as a job seeker, contact us by phone or WhatsApp, or visit one of our branches.

2. Data we collect

Identification data: full name, phone number, national ID number, date of birth, city.
Travel and employment data: passport number and expiry date, education, desired job, preferred country of work, previous experience.
Documents you upload or hand to us: copies of ID and passport, certificates, employment contracts.
Payment data related to administrative fees and recruitment service packages, where applicable.
Records of communications via the website, phone, or WhatsApp Business.
Basic technical data when browsing the website (such as browser type and IP address) for operation and security purposes.

3. How we use your data

Matching you with job opportunities available with our partner employers abroad.
Contacting you about the status of your application, appointments, and travel and visa procedures.
Preparing and following up on employment contracts and official travel documents.
Complying with the requirements of Egyptian government authorities (Ministry of Manpower, Passports Authority, embassies) regarding work permits abroad.
Improving our services and website, and responding to your inquiries.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data to any third party. We may share your data only in the following cases:

With partner employers abroad, to the extent necessary to complete recruitment and travel procedures.
With the competent Egyptian government authorities (Ministry of Manpower, Passports Authority, embassies and consulates) to fulfil a legal obligation.
With communication service providers, such as the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), when you contact us via WhatsApp — such communications are also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's privacy policy.
When required by a court order or an official request from a competent government authority.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as the service is being provided, and for the period required by Egyptian law for retaining employment and contract records after the service ends. It is then deleted or anonymised, unless you request otherwise and the law permits it.
