The Company provides services for placing Egyptian workers in employment opportunities with employers abroad, including: initial registration, matching applicants with available opportunities, and administrative follow-up of contract, travel and visa procedures in coordination with the competent official authorities. All job opportunities shown on the website are indicative and subject to actual availability and the approval of the employer abroad.
Any fees or administrative costs related to placement procedures (such as medical examinations or issuing official documents) are explained to the applicant in writing before being collected, and no amount is collected without the applicant's knowledge and consent. These charges are subject to the regulations of the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower governing licensed agencies for the placement of workers abroad.
Applicants may withdraw their registration at any time before signing an employment contract by contacting the branch where they registered. Cancellation and refund terms for any amounts paid are set out in a separate receipt or written agreement handed to the applicant upon payment.
The Company makes every effort to match applicants with suitable job opportunities; however, the final hiring decision rests with the employer abroad. The Company is not responsible for any delay or rejection resulting from decisions of external parties (employers, embassies, the Passports Authority) beyond its control.
